Player's Complaint
Hello, I opened my account with Netbet on 20 June 2017. I played a few times and won about 2900. I took out 1000 and left the remaining to play with. About 1 week ago , I tried logging in but wasn't able to. I contacted customer support and was told that my account was closed and manual withdrawal would be done for the remaining of my funds. In addition to my ID , bank card and proof of address, I was asked to send photo of me holding my card. I sent everything and kept on chasing with Netbet but they don't seem to action on my requests. I will be thankful if you can help me with that issue. Even if they don't want to open my account, the least I want is to have my money transferred to my bank card.

I've spoken with Netbet regarding this issue. Apparently they were waiting on you submitting the required KYC documentation. They've also stated that the final document was submitted a few days ago and is currently being reviewed. Can you confirm this?
