Be carefull if you see a ticket with some small scratches on it don't chance it DONT BUY IT! Help Get this warning out! Tell everyone you know or feel free to cut copy and paste this message in an email and send it to everyone in your address book! Lets stop these theives! It's hard enough to actually win with out sitting down at a game with a stacked deck!

This is actually a pretty old scam, and the Lotteries has taken some precautions to stop it, including moving the code around to different areas of the play area so no one would know exactly where to scratch to get it. Another indication would be that the tickets are not in their display or box with a long continuous strip of them, but are instead pre-individualized at the store. Many jurisdictions now have vending machines that dispense the tickets. I would imagine they are serviced by the retailer and not the lotteries, but perhaps by someone high ranking enough that the likelihood of dishonesty would be minimal.
